Additive Manufacturing Operator

R&D

Kyiv, Ukraine

Full-time

About Ark Robotics

Ark Robotics is building infrastructure for mass robotics. Our Manufacturing team supports the production of serial parts, R&D samples, and prototypes that help us move quickly from engineering ideas to reliable hardware.

About the role

We are looking for an Additive Manufacturing Operator to join our Manufacturing team in Kyiv and help keep our 3D printer fleet running continuously.

This role is important because we have a stable volume of orders for printed components, and production is currently dependent on one operator. By adding another operator, we can extend the operating and maintenance hours of the printer farm, reduce overtime pressure, and make production more resilient.

Сore responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Produce serial parts and products, as well as R&D samples and prototypes.

  • Operate and support a two-operator schedule to extend printer farm coverage.

  • Calibrate print profiles across an expanded range of materials.

  • Maintain, calibrate, and replace components on FDM 3D printers.

  • Post-process printed parts and products.

  • Track materials, production output, and printer performance.

  • Help keep the printer fleet reliable, organized, and ready for continuous production.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in additive manufacturing and hands-on work with relevant equipment.

  • English at B1 level or above.

  • Advanced PC skills.

  • Confidence working with modern network and cloud systems.

  • Practical technical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work responsibly with production equipment and follow maintenance procedures.

  • Readiness to work on-site with the Manufacturing team in Kyiv.

Nice to have

  • Programming experience.

  • Understanding of basic cybernetics principles.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Experience using modern tools for analysis, statistics, or information research.

Success in this role looks like

  • High print success rate and low defect rate.

  • Shorter order turnaround time.

  • Strong equipment utilization and uptime.

  • Reduced overtime pressure on the team.

  • Printer maintenance is completed according to schedule.

  • The two-operator coverage model works reliably.

How to apply

Please send your CV and a short note about your experience with additive manufacturing, 3D printing equipment, or hands-on technical production work.
