Role Summary
The Deployment/Support Deployment Engineer is responsible for the preparation, technical deployment, and commissioning of unmanned ground systems and associated systems in real-world conditions. The role focuses on properly configuring, testing, and commissioning the systems, as well as ensuring they are ready for use from day one. The Deployment Engineer is the key technical link between integration, testing, and real-world application of the systems.

Key Responsibilities:
System Deployment & Commissioning
Technical deployment of NRC and complex solutions in the field
System setup before first use (initial setup, configuration)
Performing performance checks after deployment
Preparing systems for transfer to operators
Configuration & Validation
Performing basic engineering settings according to approved configurations
Verifying correct interaction of subsystems (mechanics, electronics, RF, software)
Participating in system validation in real operating conditions
Identifying and fixing problems during initial use
Operational Support & Handover
Technical support during the initial operation stage
Transferring systems to operators with an explanation of technical limitations and features
Ensuring correct transfer of the system from the deployment stage to the operation stage
Maintaining stable operation of systems during the adaptation period
Issue Escalation & Coordination
Initial diagnostics of problems identified during deployment
Escalation of complex technical issues to the relevant engineering teams
Interaction with repair technicians in case of field intervention
Participation in solving integration or configuration problems
Documentation & Feedback
Working with technical and operational documentation
Recording comments and limitations identified during deployment
Providing feedback to engineering, integration and test teams
Participating in improving deployment and commissioning procedures
Key Competencies & Skills:
Practical experience working with technical or complex systems
Understanding the principles of integration of mechanical, electronic and RF subsystems
Basic system diagnostics and configuration skills
Ability to work in the field
Systems thinking and attention to detail
Experience participating in deployment or commissioning of systems is an advantage
Language Requirements:
Ukrainian - Fluent
