We are looking for an experienced FPGA / DSP Engineer to develop a digital wireless modem for advanced communication systems. DSP engineer will work on modern FPGA and SDR platforms, implementing signal-processing algorithms used in reliable, real-time radio links.
This role is ideal for engineers with a strong background in digital signal processing, FPGA development and wireless communications.

Key responsibilities
Develop, optimize and integrate FPGA-based digital signal processing blocks
Implement wireless modem functions such as:
QPSK/BPSK modulation and demodulation
Symbol timing recovery
Spread-spectrum processing
Forward Error Correction algorithms
AXI interfacing
Integrate FPGA logic with embedded ARM processors (Zynq / UltraScale)
Optimize designs for performance, latency, and resource usage
Test and validate signal-processing algorithms using simulation and hardware
Work closely with RF, firmware, and system engineers
Plan and implement tasks with clear documentation, progress tracking, and reliable delivery commitments.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in FPGA development
Strong knowledge of digital signal processing fundamentals
Experience with HDL languages (VHDL or SystemVerilog)
Hands-on experience with Xilinx tools (Vivado)
Understanding of digital modulation techniques (e.g., QPSK, CDMA)
Experience working with Zynq or UltraScale FPGA platforms
Ability to work with fixed-point arithmetic and real-time systems
Experience with wireless or software-defined radio (SDR) systems
Preferred / Nice to Have
Familiarity with DSSS techniques and OFDM
Experience with timing or carrier recovery algorithms
Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, or Python for signal-processing modeling
Background in UAV, robotics, or mission-critical communication systems
