The GTM Team Lead is responsible for transforming the company’s technical and combat capabilities into a clear value proposition, commercial opportunities, and scalable adoption.

This role unites product, frontline reality, and the market into a single growth strategy and drives the transition from pilots and isolated deployments to structured contracts and long-term programs.

Сore responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute the company’s local GTM strategy, aligned with the overall corporate strategy while accounting for local market specifics

  • Define market segments, priorities, and target customers

  • Build product positioning and messaging

  • Prepare market-entry plans for new products

Product Marketing & Value Translation

  • Lead Product Marketing activities

  • Translate combat and technical product capabilities into a clear value proposition

  • Develop case studies, materials, presentations, and sales pitches

  • Support product launches

Sales & Presales Execution

  • Lead the Sales Manager and Presales

  • Prepare commercial proposals and contract strategies

  • Support and control deal execution

Market & Performance Analytics

  • Lead the GTM Analyst

  • Analyze market, competitors, and pricing strategies

  • Build and maintain GTM performance metrics

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Product, Frontline Operations, Deployment, and Leadership

  • Align the go-to-market strategy with the product roadmap

  • Ensure that commercial commitments are aligned with real combat capabilities

Qualifications

  • Strong strategic and product thinking

  • Deep understanding of the B2G / defense-tech market

  • Proven experience in building and scaling GTM strategies

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work with analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics

  • High level of ownership and results orientation

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or other mission-critical environments — a strong advantage
