We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. Core Responsibilities

• Establishing a structured approach to task distribution within the engineering team

• Determining the necessity for additional team members.

• Development of complex mechanisms and robotic systems.

• Realization of engineering calculations, analyses, and simulations of physical processes.

• Prototyping and testing of the products.

• Launching products into mass production, communication with technologists and engineers at the production stage.

• Creation of design documentation.

• Participation in assembling and testing prototypes in Kyiv.

Qualifications

• B.S in Engineering with extensive engineering knowledge;

• 1-3 years of experience in Team Leading

• 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering

• Practical experience in developing drones or ground vehicles

• Solid experience with CAD/CAM/CAE software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX)

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering/robotics/automotive/military-tech.

• Deep understanding of mass production technologies for manufacturing components from plastics, metals, rubber, and other materials.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
