• Build test plans with the help of Design Engineers.

• Design and execute test plans based on how a human interacts with the robot. You are responsible for identifying "friction points" that an engineer might miss.

• Act as the gatekeeper for quality. You provide the final "Yes/No" on whether a system or subsystem is ready for the user.

• Maintain precise records of what was tested and how it performed.

• Ensure that new "improvements" don't break existing user workflows.

• Communicate test results to all relevant stake holders

• Build and integrate testing to the development cycle.

• Provide feedback to Design Engineers

• Analyze testing results to find systematic issues
