We are looking for an Electrical Systems Design Engineer to join our R&D robotics team. Core Responsibilities
Plan and lay out electrical wiring for mobile platforms (wheeled, tracked, and other types).
Create technical and design documentation in compliance with DSTU standards.
Be involved in prototype assembly, as well as development and construction of test benches.
Diagnose and troubleshoot power and control system issues.
Participate in the development of new subsystems and select components (cables, connectors, controllers, relays, sensors, etc.).
Design electrical schematics, BOMs, and wire harnesses.
Prepare drawings using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks Electrical or similar).
Participate in prototype testing: power supply, signal transmission, load testing.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in electrical wiring, assembly, or equipment engineering.
Strong knowledge of schematic design, component selection, and electrical assembly.
Experience creating technical documentation in accordance with ESKD standards.
Proficiency in reading and creating CAD drawings.
Confident in manual assembly, soldering, and wiring.
Familiarity with CAN, UART, RS-485 interfaces, and power systems.
Understanding of electrical network architecture for robotic systems or industrial automation.
English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation.
Will be a plus:
Experience with mobile robotics, drones, electric vehicles, or industrial automation projects.
Background in high-current DC systems.
Hands-on experience building experimental setups and mockups.
