Electronics and Integration Systems Engineer
We are looking for an Electronics and Integration Systems Engineer to join our R&D team developing unmanned ground, aerial, and surface vehicles. Core Responsibilities
Electrical Systems Development
Design and manufacture cable harnesses and wiring for onboard systems of unmanned vehicles.
Create electrical connection diagrams between control system components.
Route power and signal lines considering electromagnetic compatibility.
Develop interference-protected communication lines for mission-critical systems.
Power Systems
Develop and coordinate power distribution schemes between onboard systems.
Select and integrate power components (DC-DC converters, voltage regulators, UPS).
Calculate power consumption and optimize energy efficiency.
Work with diverse power sources and energy monitoring systems.
Control Module Integration
Install and configure autonomous motion controllers for multiple platforms.
Integrate telemetry and data transmission systems.
Connect and calibrate navigation and orientation sensors.
Configure communication systems and payload modules.
Integrate autopilot systems for both ground and aerial platforms.
Ensure electromagnetic compatibility of all integrated modules.
Standards and Interference Protection
Comply with IEC standards in electrical system design.
Create interference-protected data transmission lines for complex electromagnetic environments.
Shield sensitive components and communication lines.
Design systems with EMC requirements and interference resistance in mind.
Testing and Debugging
Conduct electronic system testing for standards compliance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot control modules.
Test communication systems for interference immunity.
Document integration processes and create technical instructions.
Qualifications
Higher technical education in electronics, radio engineering, automation, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in electronics development or integration.
Practical skills in soldering and component assembly.
Strong knowledge of circuit design and electrical engineering fundamentals.
Ability to read and create electrical schematics.
Understanding of communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RS-485, Ethernet).
Knowledge of IEC standards (IEC 61000 – EMC, IEC 60950 – equipment safety).
Experience creating interference-protected communication lines.
Familiarity with electronic system shielding and grounding principles.
Will be a Plus
Experience with unmanned systems (UGV, UAV, USV).
CAD design software skills (KiCad, Eagle, Altium).
Microcontroller programming experience (Arduino, STM32, ESP32).
Knowledge of differential signal transmission.
Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, PROFIBUS).
Skills in signal filtering and interference suppression methods.
Hands-on with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and EMC testers.
English proficiency for working with technical documentation.
