Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to manage the complete lifecycle of innovative defense and robotics products — from research and concept validation through development, deployment, and continuous improvement. As the central point of accountability, you will translate stakeholder needs into a clear roadmap and ensure delivery in alignment with business and product line goals. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, research, and other product teams to build high-quality solutions across hardware, software, or integrated systems. A strong understanding of defense or adjacent industries is highly valuable for anticipating requirements, aligning with standards, and ensuring competitiveness.


Core Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmap
  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and broader product lines.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions transparently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with research, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility, integration, and cohesive product experiences.

Product Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee development, testing, release, and maintenance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify risks early, resolve conflicts, and act as the first point of contact for product-related inquiries and escalations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product lifecycle management, from concept to delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Strong systems and technical understanding (hardware/software integration, complex product environments).

  • Skilled in product management practices, including agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery.

  • Proven experience in product line and portfolio management, with ability to drive long-term evolution.

  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker, with data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • English: professional working proficiency.
