About the role
We are looking for Electronics Assembly Technicians to join our Manufacturing team in Kyiv.
This role is critical because the current volume of assembly and soldering work exceeds our available capacity, creating a bottleneck in production. You will help build and rework electronic boards, modules, and radio-electronic units, ensuring that assembled units meet quality standards and are ready for testing and use.
Сore responsibilities
What you’ll do
Assemble electronic devices, modules, and printed circuit boards.
Mount SMD and through-hole (DIP) components according to technical documentation.
Manually mount through-hole and standard SMD components.
Assemble mechanical radio-electronic units.
Prepare wires and cables, including soldering and crimping.
Work with soldering stations and standard assembly tools.
Use a multimeter and other measuring or test instruments.
Perform quality control and testing of assembled units.
Rework electronic boards, modules, and radio-electronic units when needed.
Follow quality standards and maintain accuracy during repetitive operations.
What we’re looking for
Experience with manual mounting of through-hole (DIP) and standard SMD components.
Experience working with soldering stations.
Skills in wire and cable preparation, including soldering and crimping.
Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit design.
Ability to use a multimeter and measuring/test instruments.
High accuracy and ability to focus on repetitive operations.
Responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Readiness to work on-site with the Manufacturing team in Kyiv.
Nice to have
Experience mounting small SMD components such as 0402/0201 or BGA.
Familiarity with ESD standards.
Success in this role looks like
Low soldering defect rate.
Strong number of units assembled per period.
High first-pass test yield.
Consistent adherence to quality standards.
Assembly bottlenecks are reduced and production flow improves.
