• Key Responsibilities:

• Testing Strategy & Management

• Define the overall testing strategy and test programs, establish combat readiness criteria (release to field), plan testing campaigns for new products and customized configurations, align test plans with R&D, Integration, Customization, and Deployment teams

• Testing Team Leadership

• Provide operational leadership for the entire Field Testing Team

• Allocate roles, tasks, and workload

• Enforce testing discipline and result quality

• Train and develop team members

• Field Testing & Validation

• Oversee execution of field and combat tests

• Participate in critical tests and missions

• Make go/no-go decisions for system deployment

• Ensure rapid response to field issues

• Analytics & Feedback

• Organize collection of logs, telemetry, and field feedback

• Perform incident and failure analysis (root cause analysis)

• Deliver structured feedback to R&D, Integration, and Product teams

• Maintain reporting on system reliability and stability

• Processes & Standards

• Develop testing SOPs, checklists, and quality standards

• Implement testing best practices

• Ensure a unified testing methodology across the organization

• Key Competencies & Skills

• Deep understanding of UGVs, embedded systems, communications, and combat systems (Former Ukrainian Armed Forces service members will be considered a strong advantage.)

• Proven experience in planning and executing complex field test programs

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Ability to operate under high-risk and time-constrained conditions

• Analytical mindset with strong failure diagnosis skills

High discipline, ownership, and results orientation

Experience in defense, robotics, or other mission-critical environments — a strong advantage
