Ops Enablement Specialist

R&D

Europe

Full-time

Role Summary:

The Ops Enablement Specialist ensures that teams across Ark can operate efficiently by owning internal tools, processes, and operational support. This role sits at the intersection of systems, people, and execution—making sure the company’s tool stack, workflows, and knowledge enable speed rather than create friction.

You will work hands-on with internal systems (HRIS, ATS, productivity tools, AI tools), document and improve processes, support teams with day-to-day operational questions, and continuously look for ways to upgrade how Ark works. This role is ideal for someone highly tech-savvy, data-comfortable, and motivated by making complex organisations run smoothly.

Сore responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, administer, and continuously improve internal tools and systems (e.g. HRIS, ATS, productivity tools, collaboration tools).

  • Support rollout of new software, tools, and workflows, including configuration, documentation, and training.

  • Map, document, and improve internal processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Act as first- or second-line support for internal operational and tool-related questions.

  • Collect feedback from teams on tools and workflows and translate it into concrete improvements.

  • Identify automation and AI opportunities (including LLM usage) to reduce manual work and increase speed.

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, structure, and usability across systems.

  • Build and maintain internal knowledge bases, guides, and playbooks.

  • Partner closely with People, Operations, Finance, Security, and Engineering to ensure aligned execution.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Experience in an Ops Enablement, Operations, Systems, IT Ops, or similar role in a tech environment.

  • Hands-on experience implementing or administering systems such as HRIS, ATS, or other internal platforms.

  • Strong process-thinking skills with the ability to document and improve workflows.

  • High technical literacy; confident working with modern tools, automation, and AI / LLMs.

  • Comfortable working with data, reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward practical solutions.

  • Clear communicator who can support non-technical stakeholders effectively.

  • Ability to work independently while aligning with global standards and leadership direction.

Languages Needed:

  • English (fluent)

Values Alignment:

  • Enablement mindset: measures success by how much easier others’ work becomes.

  • Ownership: sees gaps and fixes them without waiting to be asked.

  • Continuous improvement: always looking for smarter, faster ways to work.

  • Clarity over complexity: prefers simple, scalable solutions.

  • Collaboration: works seamlessly across functions and teams.

What Success Looks Like After 6 Months:

Teams work with less friction, internal tools are well adopted, processes are clear and documented, and operational support is reliable. New tools and workflows are rolled out smoothly, data is trusted, and people feel enabled rather than blocked. Ops Enablement is seen as a force multiplier for speed, quality, and scale.
