• Review, update, and standardize key contract templates, including customer, supplier, contractor, landlord, service, and NDA agreements.

• Build or improve internal legal processes for contract review, approvals, and legal risk assessment.

• Audit and improve employee-related legal documents, internal policies, NDAs, and other HR/legal templates. 

• Take ownership of ongoing disputes, pre-trial claims, and court cases where applicable.

Requirements: 

• 7–10+ years of legal experience, preferably with in-house experience. 

• Strong expertise in contract law and commercial agreements. 

• Experience with customers, suppliers, contractors, landlords, and service providers. 

• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, NDAs, internal policies, and employee-related documentation. 

• Solid knowledge of Ukrainian civil, commercial, labor, and procedural law. 

• Ability to manage disputes, claims, and external legal counsel.

• Strong business-oriented legal judgment and risk management skill

Nice to have:

• Court/litigation experience is a strong plus.

• Experience working in fast-growing companies or international business environments. 

• Strong English language skills for contract review and negotiations.

• Experience building legal processes from scratch or improving existing legal frameworks.
