The Talent Acquisition Partner owns the end-to-end hiring engine at Ark. This role is responsible for building Talent Acquisition from zero—designing the system, shipping hires, shaping the employer narrative, and advising leadership with real-time market intelligence.

This is a hands-on, founder-level role. You will recruit deeply technical, mission-critical talent across autonomy, robotics, embedded systems, and adjacent domains—while turning Ark’s frontline reality into a compelling reason to join. Success is measured in hires shipped, teams strengthened, and momentum created—not in decks or process for its own sake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch Ark’s Talent Acquisition engine from scratch (ATS, scorecards, interviewer training, sourcing strategy, dashboards).

  • Own delivery of mission-critical hires end-to-end, with speed and quality.

  • Establish a repeatable, high-signal hiring process that scales.

  • Shape and activate Ark’s employer brand through direct, authentic storytelling.

  • Proactively map, nurture, and maintain top-tier talent pools ahead of demand.

  • Provide founders and leaders with live talent market insight (compensation, availability, relocation).

  • Treat hiring like a product: experiment, learn fast, improve continuously.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Built Talent Acquisition from zero in deep-tech or hardware + software environments.

  • Full-stack recruiter: sourcing → assessment → closing.

  • Strong understanding of robotics, autonomy, embedded systems, and engineering markets.

  • Proven ability to turn unknown or emerging brands into talent magnets.

  • High ownership, low ego, strong execution bias.

  • Bonus: defence / dual-use exposure; Eastern Europe & Baltics hiring experience.

Languages Needed:

  • English (fluent)

  • Ukrainian or Russian (strong advantage)
