Role Summary:
The Field Testing Test Engineer is responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing field and bench tests of the company's unmanned platforms and integrated solutions. The role focuses on verifying the performance, reliability, and compliance of systems with real-world operating conditions. Provides feedback between development, integration, and real-world applications, and participates in the development of test documentation and test standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Execution & Field Validation
Conduct bench and field tests of platforms, subsystems and complex solutions
Verify functionality, stability and reliability of systems in real operating conditions
Perform tests according to approved scenarios and procedures
Participate in testing of the new configurations and changes after integration or customization
Issue Identification & Feedback
Identify defects, failures and degradation of characteristics during testing
Record test results and observations in a clear technical form
Provide structured feedback to R&D, integration and customization teams.
Participation in the analysis of the cause of problems together with relevant specialists
Test Documentation & Methodology
Development of test documentation together with the immediate team leader
Participation in the formation and updating of test plans, test cases and test scenarios
Documentation of test results, deviations and limitations
Support of unified testing approaches and standards in the department
Cross-Team Collaboration
Close interaction with electronics, mechanical, RF engineers and integrators
Coordination of test activities with development and operations teams
Participation in preparing systems for testing and retesting after modifications
Key Competencies & Skills
Practical experience in conducting technical or field tests
Understanding the principles of operation of complex technical systems
Ability to work with incomplete or changing requirements
Attention to detail and ability to record results
Systems thinking and analytical approach
Experience working with systems that operated in difficult field conditions - an advantage.
